Scheduling Maintenance
Regular maintenance keeps your fleet safe and operational. Use the portal to track and schedule all maintenance activities.
Types of Maintenance
- Scheduled: Regular inspections based on time or flight hours
- Unscheduled: Repairs after incidents or failures
- Preventive: Proactive replacement of wear items
Creating a Maintenance Schedule
- Navigate to Fleet > Maintenance
- Click "Add Schedule"
- Select the equipment
- Define the maintenance interval:
- By flight hours (e.g., every 25 hours)
- By time (e.g., every 30 days)
- By cycles (e.g., every 50 flights)
- Add the required tasks
- Save the schedule
Maintenance Reminders
The system sends reminders when maintenance is due:
- Dashboard notifications
- Email alerts
- Equipment status changes
Logging Completed Maintenance
- Open the maintenance task
- Record the work completed
- Add any notes or findings
- Attach documentation or photos
- Mark as complete
Maintenance History
All maintenance records are stored for:
- Compliance documentation
- Warranty claims
- Resale value documentation
