Sharing Projects with Your Team
Collaboration is key to successful drone operations. Learn how to share projects and manage team access.
Inviting Team Members
To add someone to a project:
- Open the project settings
- Go to the "Team" or "Sharing" tab
- Click "Add Team Member"
- Enter their email address
- Select their permission level
- Send the invitation
Permission Levels Explained
- Viewer: Can see all project content but cannot make changes. Ideal for clients or stakeholders who need visibility.
- Editor: Can add, edit, and delete assets, documents, and other content. Suitable for pilots and field staff.
- Admin: Full control including managing team members and project settings. Reserved for project managers.
Sharing with External Users
If you need to share with someone outside your company:
- They will need to create an account first
- Add them as a guest collaborator
- Guest access may have limitations based on your subscription
Removing Access
To remove someone from a project:
- Go to project settings
- Find the team member in the list
- Click "Remove" and confirm
Removed users will immediately lose access to the project and all its content.
