Sharing Projects with Your Team

Collaboration is key to successful drone operations. Learn how to share projects and manage team access.

Inviting Team Members

To add someone to a project:

  1. Open the project settings
  2. Go to the "Team" or "Sharing" tab
  3. Click "Add Team Member"
  4. Enter their email address
  5. Select their permission level
  6. Send the invitation

Permission Levels Explained

  • Viewer: Can see all project content but cannot make changes. Ideal for clients or stakeholders who need visibility.
  • Editor: Can add, edit, and delete assets, documents, and other content. Suitable for pilots and field staff.
  • Admin: Full control including managing team members and project settings. Reserved for project managers.

Sharing with External Users

If you need to share with someone outside your company:

  1. They will need to create an account first
  2. Add them as a guest collaborator
  3. Guest access may have limitations based on your subscription

Removing Access

To remove someone from a project:

  1. Go to project settings
  2. Find the team member in the list
  3. Click "Remove" and confirm

Removed users will immediately lose access to the project and all its content.
