Understanding Your Subscription
The UAS Mission Portal uses a subscription model based on the number of active users in your company.
Subscription Plans
Your subscription includes:
- Access to all core features
- A set number of user seats
- Storage for documents and files
- Customer support
User Seats
Each active user requires a seat:
- Active users consume seats
- Paused users don't count toward limits
- You can add more seats as needed
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed:
- Monthly or annually (your choice)
- Annual plans typically offer a discount
- Charges occur at the start of each period
Viewing Your Current Plan
- Navigate to Company Admin > Billing
- Your current plan and usage is displayed
- See seats used vs. seats available
- View next billing date and amount
Feature Access
All features are available on every plan. The main difference is the number of seats included:
- Small teams: Fewer seats at lower cost
- Large organizations: More seats with volume pricing
