Viewing Invoices and Payment History
Keep track of all your payments and download invoices for your records.
Accessing Billing History
- Navigate to Company Admin > Billing
- Click "Billing History" or "Invoices"
- View your complete payment history
Understanding Your Invoice
Each invoice shows:
- Invoice date and number
- Billing period covered
- Number of seats
- Per-seat rate
- Total amount
- Payment status
Downloading Invoices
To download a PDF invoice:
- Find the invoice in your billing history
- Click the "Download" or PDF icon
- The invoice downloads to your computer
Invoice Uses
Download invoices for:
- Expense reports
- Tax documentation
- Budget tracking
- Audit requirements
Payment Status
Invoices show their current status:
- Paid: Payment received successfully
- Pending: Payment is processing
- Failed: Payment attempt unsuccessful
- Past Due: Payment is overdue
