Updating Payment Information

Keep your payment information current to avoid service interruptions.

Updating Your Credit Card

1. Navigate to Company Admin > Billing
2. Click "Payment Methods" or "Update Card"
3. Enter your new card details
4. Verify the billing address
5. Save the new payment method

Supported Payment Methods

We accept:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover

Updating Billing Address

To change your billing address:

1. Go to Billing settings
2. Click "Edit Billing Address"
3. Update the address fields
4. Save changes

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• You'll receive an email notification
• A banner appears in the portal
• You have a grace period to update payment info
• Service continues during the grace period

Billing Contact

Set up a billing contact to receive:

• Invoice emails
• Payment receipts
• Renewal reminders
• Failed payment notifications
